Integrated Childcare Development Services
Early learning Centre development is a highly specialised and regulated field. Hence, it requires experienced management across all facets of the project, from the concept and town planning through to knowledge of the local council’s construction requirements and guidelines. Some of our services include:
- Property search and acquisition – we evaluate real estate properties and determine their suitability for childcare development.
- Site suitability analysis – we consider every facet of the proposed site usage with detailed research and reporting in terms of the competition, catchment area identification, demographic analysis, traffic and access suitability, community needs, and town planning risks and construction costs.
- Centre design and management – we design and manage new centres as well as renovating existing centres.
- Development management – we navigate the planning process, ensuring compliance with regulations and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Project administration – we manage project administration tasks such as monitoring timelines and construction costs.
- Childcare brand and design – with help from our creative partners, we design a unique brand identity for our childcare centres and produce websites to encourage enrolments.
OUR ‘WONDERS OF WILDHOOD’ EARLY LEARNING CENTRES
Bahrs Scrub Early Learning Centre
Located in the City of Logan in Queensland. Opened in October 2021, the centre is set on a 4000m2 block and surrounded by bushland in family-friendly Bahrs Scrub. Its unique outdoor environments include four sandpits, two large bike tracks, vegetable and herb gardens and a barnyard full of animals. The centre was featured on Channel 7 news.
Natures Kids Early Learning Centre
Located in Kalbar, in Queensland’s stunning Scenic Rim. Set on a two-hectare block, the centre was purchased in March 2022 and significantly extended and renovated. It reopened in January 2023. Features include raised garden beds, a water park, a barnyard full of animals, a windmill and a unique tractor climbing structure.
Beenleigh Early Learning Centre
Located in the City of Logan, Queensland. Opened in March 2024, this centre is set on a 2500m2 block. It features two separate playscapes, a vegetable and herb garden, a barnyard full of animals, and a unique boat climbing structure.
The PFSN Group also has a number of upcoming Early Learning Centres on the Gold Coast and in the Logan area.
