This large 1990’s U shaped brick and tin home had seen a previous significant renovation and an extension in the 2000’s, leaving it with a poor flow and badly used space. By reconfiguring the rooms and giving each a specific purpose and allowing for flexible dual living we were able to refresh the design and better meet the current needs of an extended family while updating the 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens, all the light fittings, floor coverings, window dressings, air conditioning, landscape, front fence and rebuilding the pergola.
