This highset 80’s brick and tile was looking very dated in its original condition. A roof restoration, painting out the dark brick in a light colour, repairing the deck, adding new balustrade, landscape and fencing gave the exterior a complete facelift. The usual completely new paintwork, floor polishing, flooring, lighting, appliances, cabinetry, robes, bathrooms and kitchen completely modernised this home.
