With finely-tuned skills and a wealth of experience, his investment in real estate spans a decade. In that time, he has bought and sold thousands of properties through a high-performing portfolio that has withstood the challenges of four major property cycles. He sets a lofty benchmark in terms of how they are managed – an indicator of the meticulously high standards he applies to the PFSN Group.
Santosh Nune, a successful entrepreneur, always highlights the significance of creating wealth as a crucial form of independence. Through an astute approach to real estate deals of low-risk property investments, he has mentored clients as a buyer’s agent in developing robust portfolios. His expertise extends to identifying and negotiating real estate opportunities which are commercially feasible, viable and are a strategic fit with the group’s overall vision. He also oversees the group’s day-to-day business operations.
