Who we are
The PFSN group is a leading property development and Early Learning Operator based in Brisbane, Queensland. Co-owners, Paul Flynn and Santosh Nune, have over 50 years of combined experience in real estate, having traded and settled over 1700 properties as of March 2024. They also have a wealth of diverse expertise and experience in all facets of real estate as agency owners, property traders, property flippers, developers, investors, buyers agents, and property managers.
From building vibrant communities to creating state-of-the-art Early Learning Centres, they are focused on building wealth through enrichment planning and financial management. WHAT WE ARE GOOD AT
We specialise in acquiring real estate (residential, commercial or raw land) for various exit strategies such as cosmetic or structural renovations, sub-divisions, long-term holds, new builds or to develop/build freehold Early Learning Centres which we operate as going concerns. We work closely on a business-to-business basis with individuals, investors, real estate agents, financiers, accountants and brokers. We not only acquire sites for subdivision, we also buy established properties for builds or renovation.
